How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is NZ$6.99, or free for orders over NZ$100.

How long does standard delivery take?
*All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Glasshouse Fragrances will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

Shipping to the North Island takes 1-2 business days, and to the South Island takes 2-3 business days. For rural locations or orders containing Dangerous Goods (Fragrance Diffusers) please allow for an additional 2 business days. Orders containing a diffuser cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.

Please note order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 business hours during peak promotional periods.

**Please note that we are unable to deliver fragrance products or samples (including eau de parfum, interior fragrances, and fragrance diffusers) to the Chatham Islands or Great Barrier Island. For more information, please contact our customer service team.**

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email help@glasshousefragrances.com.au.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within New Zealand via this website.
For delivery to Australia or the USA, please use the country selector at the bottom of the menu options.

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Please email help@glasshousefragrances.com.au with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unopened and unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email help@glasshousefragrances.com.au with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Why can't I choose express shipping in the checkout?
Only standard shipping is available in New Zealand.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please call +61 2 9757 3080 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm AEDT or if after hours email help@glasshousefragrances.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been dispatched.
