Tracking Your Delivery:

• After your item has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking details. If you don't see this email, please check your junk mail folder. If you need help finding out where your order is, contact us through this link.

Shipping Duration:

• Our Auckland warehouse currently has reduced staff, so please allow up to five business days for dispatch.
• Shipping within the North Island typically takes 1-2 business days from the dispatch date, while shipping to the South Island usually takes 2-3 business days from dispatch.
• For rural areas or orders with Dangerous Goods (like Fragrance Diffusers/Eau de Parfum), add an extra 2 business days to the shipping estimate.
• Please note: These delivery timeframes are estimates only. Glasshouse Fragrances is not responsible for any losses due to delivery delays. Occasionally, NZPost may encounter unforeseen issues beyond our control, which may cause longer delivery times. For the most current delivery updates, refer to the NZPost website.

• The delivery fee is $6.99. However, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
