When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday, with same day shipping for orders placed by 10am NZT.

Please allow additional time for dispatch during peak promotional periods.

Are you products made in Australia?

Our Candles, Diffusers, Hand Care and Body products are proudly australian designed, owned and Australian made since 2006.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns if you contact us within 30 days of dispatch, and the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

Please note: You will need to cover the return shipping cost and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
